29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about May 10, 2018: Two employees were observed performing framing activities at a height of 10-feet and the employees were not protected by guardrail system, safety net, or personal fall arrest system, nor were the employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure. Employees were exposed to a 10-feet fall hazard. A Nail in Time Torres Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1271614, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 24 Bucktail Avenue Ponte Vedra, FL 32082.
