29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level. On or about May 14, 2018 the employer did not conduct personal sampling to determine if employees were exposed to lead above the action level in that in 2017 the employer conducted area monitoring. Employee's working as Range Safety Officers (RSO) on the shooting range were exposed to lead which can cause anemia, weakness, and kidney and brain damage.
