29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:      (a)  On or about May 8, 2018, and at times prior, Advanced Exteriors, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that the employees of Leanos Interprises, subcontractor, were safe while reroofing a house, by conducting regular and frequent inspections of the job site by a competent person in order to prevent and detect safety and health hazards.  Hazards identified at the site included falls, overhead falling objects, eye injury, and electrical.      Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    Advanced Exteriors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1140657, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3600 S. Pierce Street in Lakewood, Colorado.
