OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) On or about April 14, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees erecting a 10 x 64 foot wall were protected from struck-by and crush hazards where the wall fell on them while it was being manually lifted and put in place, injuring three workers and resulting in the hospitalization of one worker..
