29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: On or about May 15, 2018, Location: 40 Jackson Ave, Basement Hallway outside of the community room: 1) Employees were exposed to being struck by falling objects and to trip/fall hazards while using a cart to transport sheetrock panels through the basement hallway over a partially covered surface with multiple loose plywood boards on the floor, making the walking/working surface uneven.
