29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment:    a) On or about May 5, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees working with toxic, corrosive, sensitizing, and other chemicals were provided the appropriate PPE to protect against skin and eye hazards.        1) An employee working on the EN line was observed placing racks in a dip tank of EN Plate, a bath containing NH4OH (a corrosive) and Nickel (a sensitizer) wearing one nitrile exam glove.  The hazard assessment identifies "platers gloves" for working with chemicals and waste, which are chemical resistant neoprene gloves.        2) Employees working on plating lines were not wearing aprons in accordance with the PPE Hazard Assessment.
