29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(ii): When the employer demonstrated that it was not feasible or created a greater hazard to use guardrail, safety net, or personal fall protection systems on residential roofs, the employer did not develop and implement a fall protection plan that meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) and training that meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.503(a) and (c):  During work at a customer site, 2500 Spartech Dr., Cape Girardeau, MO, the week of 5-7-18, while servicing HVAC roof top units, a fall  protection plan was not developed to protect employees exposed to fall hazards.  Abatement documentation is required for this violation.

29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(ii): Prior to any employee becoming exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not ensure that all employees who use personal fall protection systems, or who is required to be trained, was adequately trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize those hazards:  During work at a customer site, 2500 Spartech Dr., Cape Girardeau, MO, the week of 5-7-18, while servicing HVAC roof top units, where employees were exposed to fall hazards, training on fall protection was not provided such as the use of fall protection equipment or a fall protection plan, when equipment was not feasible (see 1926.502(k)).  Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
