Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer does not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized struck-by hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees:    (a) On or about August 15, 2018 in the manufacturing area employees operated a blue forklift without the use of safety belts, exposing employees to crush-by hazards;    (b) On or about August 15, 2018 in the painting area employees operated a Toyota forklift without the use of safety belts, exposing employees to crush-by hazards.
