29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) G&G Roofing, LLC at 114 and 116 Basecamp Way Frisco, CO 80443: On or before May 14, 2018, the creating and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that roofers working near and at the edge of a flat roof were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet.
