29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) Ground level of the construction site - On or about May 11, 2018 employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from shingles being dropped off the edges the roof. The employees on the ground did not have on hardhats.
