29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: (a) On or about February 13, 2018 an employee amputated his right index finger while operating the meat saw without the guard. Warning signs were not posted to inform and remind employees of the potential hazards of removing guards from equipment.
