Maintenance check includes an internal examination, except extinguishers with stored pressure. a) On the south wall, first floor of the office area, on May 16, 2018, a portable fire extinguisher had not been inspected since October 2015. b) At the entrance to the facility, inside the front hallway, of the office area, on May 16, 2018, a portable fire extinguisher had not been inspected since October 2015.
