This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet on the front of the house. (b) Employees conducting roofing activities on a roof with a 6:12 pitch were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 21 feet on the side of the house.
