29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:    a. On or about April 25, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing roofing operations on the roof, thirteen (13) feet above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.    J & G Quality Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1251867, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on September 19, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 9415 Birch Avenue, Mokena, IL 60448.
