San Remo Drive, Meridian, ID 83642:  On or about May 16, 2018 and at times prior thereto; the General Contractor with controlling and correcting authority did not conduct frequent regular site visits of subcontractors to ensure that they were following site health and safety plan rules; a roofing subcontractor was not wearing fall protection while working at heights ranging from 12-18 feet on an 6 in 12 pitch roof.   b) Residential Construction Site, 2855 W. San Remo Drive, Meridian, ID 83642:  On or about May 16, 2018 and at times prior thereto; the General Contractor with controlling and correcting authority did not conduct frequent regular site visits of subcontractors to ensure that they were following site health and safety plan rules; a drywall contractor was exposed to electrocution hazards when they removed the dead front on a 120/208 energized panel in the garage.
