29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) Residential Construction Site, 2855 W. San Remo Drive, Meridian, ID 83642: On or about May 16, 2018 and at times prior thereto; the General Contractor with controlling and correcting authority did not conduct frequent regular site visits of subcontractors to ensure that they were following site health and safety plan rules; a roofing subcontractor was not wearing fall protection while working at heights ranging from 12-18 feet on an 6 in 12 pitch roof. b) Residential Construction Site, 2855 W. San Remo Drive, Meridian, ID 83642: On or about May 16, 2018 and at times prior thereto; the General Contractor with controlling and correcting authority did not conduct frequent regular site visits of subcontractors to ensure that they were following site health and safety plan rules; a drywall contractor was exposed to electrocution hazards when they removed the dead front on a 120/208 energized panel in the garage. Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.

San Remo Drive, Meridian, ID: On or about May 16, 2018, and at times prior thereto; the General Contractor with controlling and correcting authority did not ensure subcontractors were following site health and safety plan rules; Sub-contracted employees performing roofing activities were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a 6 in 12 pitch residential structure without a means of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from varied heights between 12-18 feet. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
