29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): Top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level: a) Job site, 8000 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about May 16, 2018, during roofing activities, the employer did not ensure that parapet walls were of substantial height to serve as fall protection in that they were determined to be as low about 32 inches in some areas, exposing employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 30 feet or greater.
