29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level:    (a)  On or about May 8, 2018, and at times prior, Inland Group, as the controlling employer, did not ensure employees of subcontractors, Cruz Siding & Remodelations and J and A Painting, LLC, were protected from fall hazards where the top rail on the second story stairway landing of building G measured 36.5 inches.    Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

29 CFR 1926.502(j)(1): Toeboards were not erected along the edge of the overhead walking/working surface for a distance sufficient to protect employees below:    (a)  On or about May 8, 2018, and at times prior, Inland Group, as the controlling employer, did not ensure employees of sub-contractors, Cruz Siding & Remodelations and J and A Painting, LLC, were protected from struck by hazards throughout building G and building H in that toeboards were not installed along the edge of overhead working surfaces.
