29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): 29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): For lines rated 50kV or below, a minimum of 10 feet was not maintained between the energized line and the equipment. Construction Site: On or about May 18, 2018, an employee operating a forklift, while traveling on the street, struck a communications cable causing the forks and load backrest to get within 10 feet of the energized electrical line. This condition exposed the employee to electric shock hazards.
