29 CFR 1926.1417(e)(1): The crane operator left the controls while the load was suspended and did not meet all of the requirements of (i) through (iv) of this standard: (a) At the residence: On or about 5/21/2018, the crane operator left the controls of the telehandler, and was standing approximately 50-60 feet from the cab of the telehandler, while the load was suspended.
