29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): On or about April 20, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees had barrier free access to Safety Data Sheets for hazardous chemicals such as titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, propylene glycol, chlorothalonil, methylcholoroisothiazoline and zinc oxide which are contained in Lead Barrier Compound and used by a contractor during lead abatement work performed in the facility.
