On 5/3/18, at Lanier Islands Legacy Lodge, employees were permitted to operate powered industrial trucks without first completing a powered industrial truck training program. On April 25th, 2018 an employee was operating a diesel sit down forklift and flipped the truck incurring foot injuries during the event.
