29 CFR 1926.760(b)(1): Each connector was not protected from fall hazards of more than two stories or 30 feet above a lower level, whichever is less; On or about 05/10/2018 Location: Roof level of Bronx River Media Group Sound Stages building; 1) Two connectors were not protected from fall hazards while landing and placing a structural member (steel joist) on the roof at the third floor level (approximately at 30ft high). Employees were wearing their harnesses, however, none of them was tied off.
