29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about May 22, 2018, at a building renovation site located on the corner of N.W. 63rd and May Ave. in Oklahoma City, OK, an employee was allowed to work in the basket of an aerial lift without fall protection, exposing the employee to the hazard of falls.
