29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling: a) 3603 Rt. 38, Mount Laurel, NJ; On or about 5/22/2018 employees of Deluxe Carpentry LLC were conducting roofing activities on a flat roof with unprotected sides. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of 14 feet to the ground below.
