29 CFR 1917.152(d)(1)(xvi): Oxygen cylinders were not separated from fuel gas cylinders and combustible materials by either a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or a barrier having a fire-resistance rating of 30 minutes.  a) Job site: 90 Century Drive, Ambridge, PA 15003, On or about May 23, 2018, in the coil stock warehouse, outside of the maintenance shop, oxygen and fuel gas compressed cylinders were being stored together. The cylinders were approximately 3 feet apart and were not separated by a fire rater barrier.
