29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: a) Greenshooz Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance, LLC, Cumming, GA - An employee performing landscape maintenance was exposed to noise at a level of 97.2 dBA while using a trimmer and a blower. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 52 minutes at a single home site, on or about 6/13/18. b) Greenshooz Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance, LLC, Cumming, GA - An employee performing landscape maintenance was exposed to noise at a level of 94.6 dBA while using a riding lawnmower and a blower. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 52 minutes at a single home site, on or about 6/13/18.
