A) Catherine Sanders Rd, on or about May 20, 2018, an employee was not properly trained on using special techniques to hold an overhead power-line that was under tension from a fallen tree in place, while the employee reached over the power-line to cut a branch from the tree, exposing the employee to a struck by hazard.
