29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    508 Beauford, Warson Wood: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions.  Employees are permitted to conduct roofing activities without using fall protection systems on roofs which are higher than 6 feet from lower level.   On 5/22/2018 all employees at the site were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 17 feet from eaves on the eastern side to ground level without using any fall protection systems.  The employer did not provide any alternative fall protection measure.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:    508 Beauford, Warson Wood: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions.  Employees are permitted to conduct roofing activities using a ladder which is not extended minimum 3 feet above a landing surface.   On 5/22/2018 all employees at the site were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 8 feet from the location of a ladder to ground level where the side rails of the ladder were extended 1 1/2 feet above the landing surface.
