29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: (a) Treetop Adventures, Equipment rental office: On or about 05/22/2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that junction boxes located on the ceiling were not covered as exposed electrical circuits were handing down from the ceiling without a protective cover.
