Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about June 8, 2018, at1850 Conquina St, Boca Raton, FL 33427, an employee installing rebar from a ledge without the use of fall protection was exposed to a 30-ft. fall hazard.
