29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v):    Cleaning and EC Cutting Departments:    On or about May 10 to 12, 2018, a 55-gallon drum of waste acid cleaning solution from the Cleaning Department was labeled as ECC fluid (Tridex Formula TX electro-chemical cutting fluid). The contents of the drum was added to the Calfran distillation system for the ECC fluid. A reaction occurred releasing a brown vapor from the system that infiltrated the Cutting Department exposing employees working in the area.
