On or about May 23, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a roof, nine feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.   P & P Roofing & Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 986762, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 1, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 11624 Century Circle, Lot 192, Naperville, IL 60540.
