29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed rip saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: Roof of house: An employee was using a Dewalt Table saw to rip cut boards without a guard exposing the employees to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Jobsite: Employees were engaged in installing skylights on the roof with out fall protection exposing them to falls of approximately eight (8) feet ten (10) inches to the ground below.
