Location: 225 Winthrop Street, Brooklyn, NY. a) During the use of an EFFER Model 1855/8S and Serial Number 212351 truck-mounted knuckle boom crane, the condition of the outrigger cribbing was deteriorated. Employees were exposed to instability. On or about 05/22/2018.
