OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees were exposed to crushed by hazards: (a) On or about May 23, 2018, at the residential construction site, an employee was standing on the ground and accessing the control areas of the Bobcat S590 Skid Steer Loader from the outside bypassing the Bobcat Interlock Control System (BICS) seat bar with an idle engine was exposed to a crushed-by hazard from the raised lifting arm and front end bucket attachment.
