29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  Starkey Ranch - 4374 Barbour Trail- Employees in the process of decking the 6 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to an 20'8" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 5/23/2018.  All Framing Services Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1280182, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on  2/26/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 12929 Payton St. in Odessa, Fl.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a)  Starkey Ranch - 4374 Barbour Trail- Employees in the process of framing activities were exposed to an 11'8" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized on the second floor, observed on or about 5/23/2018.
