29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 55 Brookdale Way Chesterfield NJ: On or about 5/24/2018 three Ethan G Multiservice LLC employees were installing shingles on the steep sloped roof of a new construction single family residence. The employees were wearing harnesses, but were not attached to safety lines or anchors and as such were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet.
