Hialeah, FL 33018 windows department, an employee operating a cutting saw was exposed to a noise level of 90.7dBA, which exceeds the action level of 83.4dBA, during the 10-hr representative sampling period. The employer failed to ensure the trainee working alongside this employee was wearing hearing protection properly.
