29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system: a) 710 Main St., Leicester, MA: On or about May 23, 2018, an employee was observed working in an unprotected excavation that was greater than 6 feet deep. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
