29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: On or about May 25, 2018 at 413 Honeybee Lane, Lot 62, in Holly Springs, Georgia two employees performing residential siding work were exposed to fall hazards while working from a pump jack scaffold at heights above lower level ranging from 18 feet, 5 inches to 22 feet 9 inches while not wearing fall protection available on site.
