29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system: The employer failed to ensure that the contracted employees were utilizing fall protection. This was most recently documented on 24, May 2018 at 2310 H St. Fairbury, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that the employees he had contracted were using fall protection when exposed to a fall of approximately 8 feet when working on a sloped roof with a pitch of 4:12 or greater.
