29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: MCAS Miramar, P200 Operation Training Facility: Employees were not provided with adequate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) in the following instances: 1) Impervious gloves were not provided to employees when working with wet cement. Employees were exposed to skin burns. 2) Adequate face protection was not provided to protect employees from saw cutting blocks. Employees were exposed to face lacerations.
