29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2)(i): Midrails were not installed halfway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/ working surface. CST 3 Area Staircase: The steel cable used as a midrail was measured at 13 inches above the walking surface. Employees were exposed to fall hazards when carrying materials in the area and down the stairs.
