The spray paints contained chemicals such as, but not limited to, propane, butyl acetate, acetone, titanium dioxide, xylene, and ethyl benzene which were contained in spray paints use to repair the ceiling grid. The United States Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1222181 citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 9, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2800 Stafford Ave., Scranton, PA.
