29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Worksite located at 3909 W. 9th Street, Sedalia, Missouri- Employee was observed working and walking directly beneath a suspended platform that was being used to off load materials in which the employee walking beneath was not wearing a hard hat to protect himself from possible head impact.
