29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  Starkey Ranch - 3011 Puller Trail - Employees in the process of decking the 8 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to an 18' 9 7/8" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 5/31/2018.    Ricky's Construction Corp., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1261352, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/13/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 28518 Tranquil Lake Circle in Wesley Chapel, Fl.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926:     (a)  Starkey Ranch - 3011 Puller Trail - Employees were exposed to a fall hazard up to 10' 8", in that, a guardrail system was not installed on the second floor stairway landing, observed on or about 5/31/2018.
