29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5)) The employer is failing to ensure that employees are trained on chemicals they are exposed to in the work place that could cause serious health effects. This was most recently documented on June 1, 2018 at 1016 Strang, Nebraska. Employees are exposed to but not limited to, Diesel and Gasoline Fuel, Urea Solution, Synergize, Tek-Trol, Hydrogen Peroxide.
