29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The forklift operator driver did not keep a clear view of the path of travel. (a) Lumber Yard- 5775 Baptist Road, Bethel Park, PA: On or about May 25, 2018, powered industrial truck operators did not have a clear view of their path of travel while entering and exiting the lumber yard thru the roll-up door. The blackened and discolored curtains the employees drove thru obstructed the operators view.
