29 CFR 1960.34(a)(9): GSA did not ensure that building managers maintained a log of reports of unsafe or unhealthful conditions submitted by tenants which contains date of receipt of the report, action taken, and final resolution: On or about May 31, 2018, and times prior thereto, the GSA Building Manager of the Oklahoma City Federal Building did not maintain a log of reported unsafe or unhealthful conditions. This condition exposes building occupants to potentially unsafe or unhealthful conditions.
