29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Employees conducting roofing work on a 4:12 and a 8:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately eleven (11) feet nine (9) inches on the North and south sides of the structure. HK Restorations was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1045950, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/01/15 , with respect to a workplace location at . 3267 Creekwood Circle Jackson WI.
